Mindful Moments at CCPS

​​Thanks to our Staff Mental Health Team and Student Cookstown Action Team—each morning Cougars will have the opportunity to start their day with a Mindful Moment.  At the end of announcements each day—student team members will guide us through a mindful moment that will help us self-regulate (calm) our minds and bodies to prepare us to be the best learners we can be. Students may also choose to opt out of this guided activity and privately reflect or sit quietly during this moment. This choice has been shared with all staff and students.  If you have any further questions,  please contact the office.
